Our first stop takes us to Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, the beating heart of the Camargue. A seaside village where sea breeze, tradition, and wild landscapes come together.
This is a land of legends, famous for its gypsy pilgrimages, its fortified church facing the sea, and its deep-rooted Camargue identity. Inside the church, you will discover the devotion to Saint Sara, the Black Madonna of the Gypsies, a powerful spiritual figure at the center of one of the most important pilgrimages in Europe.
Here, white horses and black bulls are part of everyday life, shaping a region that has always lived in harmony with nature and the elements.
Between narrow streets, cafés, and salty air, this stop is the perfect introduction to the Camargue spirit.
Next, we enter one of the most unique natural sites in France: the Parc Ornithologique de Pont de Gau.
Walk along wooden paths through lagoons and marshes where pink flamingos stand just a few meters away. This is nature in full freedom — alive, close, and unfiltered.

Finally, we arrive in Aigues-Mortes, a perfectly preserved medieval fortress city built in the 13th century by King Louis IX.
