Next stop: the charming village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, nestled between dramatic cliffs at the gateway to the Verdon.
This village dates back to the medieval period and became famous from the 17th century for its fine faïence ceramics, once admired in royal courts across France.
Overlooked by its iconic golden star suspended between two cliffs — surrounded by legends — Moustiers feels like something straight out of a fairytale.
